Skype Technologies S.A., the Global Internet Telephony Company™ that offers people around the world the ability to make superior quality voice calls via the Internet, today launched Skype for Pocket PC Version 1.0. Skype for Pocket PC 1.0 is free software, developed specifically to enable Skype for PDA devices.

First unveiled as beta software in April, Skype for Pocket PC 1.0 enables the users of handheld computers with Wi-Fi and the Pocket PC operating system to make free unlimited calls from any Wi-Fi hot spot. The software can be downloaded for free and is available immediately.
